With backgrounds shaped by premier educational and professional institutions, we embarked on a journey to create a new strategy consultancy, approaching each client with care and dedication.

Mohamad Al Husseini

Founder & Managing Director

I am a strategist with an engineering background and a strong interest in AI/ML. My knack for structuring complex problems (and let’s be honest - tenacity) led to my success at Strategy&. During my decade-spanning career, I led engagements for government entities, sovereign wealth funds, and real estate developers. I also scaled a new unit for business development and thought leadership.

Driven by insatiable curiosity, I obtained two degrees (Master of Engineering from Télécom ParisTech and an MBA from INSEAD, both with distinction), lived in five countries, and became fluent in Arabic, French, and English. My current pursuits are learning Lithuanian and diving into AI/ML.

Today, as Founder & Managing Director of Quasar, I bring my skills to help clients all over the world solve their business problems.

Greta Gerazimaite

Co-Founder

I am a strategist, operator, and tech enthusiast. My career began in Big Pharma at GSK, where I gained recognition for digitization initiatives. I further honed my skills as an Advisor to a Lithuanian real estate developer, as a Consultant at the Corporate & Private Equity Groups of Bain & Company, and as an independent management consultant.

I am also someone who genuinely enjoys studies. As an undergrad student, I published academic articles and learned entrepreneurship at Stanford. In 2018, I became the first Lithuanian woman to obtain an MBA (with Distinction) from Harvard.

Today, as Co-Founder of Quasar, I help ventures all over the world to optimize their operations and fuel their growth.
